About the role

Enepaq is looking for a Business Development Manager who will help build and grow the company’s proactive sales function.

This is a technical B2B sales role with longer and more consultative sales cycles. The products are not transactional or fully standardised, so successful sales require understanding the client’s product, use case, technical needs, and decision-making process.

The person in this role will identify relevant companies, approach potential clients, qualify opportunities, manage communication, and gradually build their own client portfolio. Over time, they will continue developing the clients they bring in and support long-term commercial relationships.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys business development, is comfortable with outbound sales, and wants to work with meaningful technology rather than generic products.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in relevant international markets
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Work with companies developing drones, robotics, autonomous systems, industrial equipment, or other battery-powered technologies
  • Understand client needs and qualify whether the company’s solutions are a good fit
  • Conduct discovery calls, follow-ups, and commercial discussions with potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical experts to shape the right solution for each client
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial offers together with the internal team
  • Manage longer sales cycles and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients after the initial sale
  • Provide market feedback to the team about client needs, trends, and opportunities
  • Represent the company professionally in a technical B2B sales environment

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales
  • Ability and willingness to work with outbound sales, including prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and handling rejection
  • Interest in technology, engineering, electronics, batteries, robotics, drones, or similar fields
  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value clearly
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to continuously learn about the product and the market
  • Ability to identify relevant client profiles and avoid chasing poorly matched leads
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured approach to pipeline management and client communication
  • Independence, ownership, and persistence in longer sales cycles
  • Comfort working in an environment where some processes are still being built and improved
