About the role:

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Account Executive based in Lithuania to join our growing sales team and take ownership of the Baltics market.

This is a highly entrepreneurial sales role combining new business development, inbound lead conversion, and expansion of existing customer relationships. The role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building pipeline, closing deals, and growing accounts in a fast-moving startup environment.

You will work closely with the sales leadership and founders, helping scale the commercial function in the region while building strong relationships with decision-makers in fintech and financial services companies.

The primary goal of the role is to own the full commercial lifecycle in Lithuania, ensuring new opportunities are generated and existing customers continue to grow with Copla.

Responsibilities:

 • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion.
 • Identify and engage potential clients within fintech and financial services companies.
 • Generate new business through outbound prospecting while also converting inbound opportunities.
 • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, and compliance leaders.
 • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities.
 • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
 • Maintain a strong and well-organized sales pipeline using the company’s sales tools and processes.
 • Develop a strong understanding of Copla’s cybersecurity and compliance platform and communicate its value clearly to customers.
 • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience.
 • Ensure smooth handover to internal teams after deals are closed while maintaining commercial relationships with customers.

Requirements:

 • Experience in B2B sales with ownership of the full sales cycle.
 • Experience selling into fintech, financial services, compliance, cybersecurity, or similar industries is strongly preferred.
 • Proven track record of consistently closing deals and achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
 • Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and executive-level stakeholders.
 • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
 • Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills.
 • Comfortable discussing compliance, cybersecurity, or regulatory challenges with business and technical stakeholders.
 • Familiarity with the Lithuanian fintech ecosystem is considered a strong advantage.
 • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Lithuanian and English.
