Traxlo is a task-based local gig-work platform operating in the Baltics, Poland, and Czechia. We are transforming the way people engage with gig work, empowering individuals to take on tasks in collaboration with leading retail chains and brands across Europe. With over 27,000 gig workers and more than 200,000 tasks completed, Traxlo is rapidly expanding, and we’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Czechia.
What We Do
Our platform connects gig workers, known as "Taskers", with retail partners to complete tasks such as product merchandising, inventory management, and more. As we begin our operations in Czechia, we’re excited to grow our team and build strong local partnerships.
The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in Czechia. Your focus will be on supporting and managing our network of Taskers, handling operational tasks, and improving overall efficiency. This is a remote and flexible role, with the option to work from a co-working space in Prague if desired.
Key Responsibilities:

Train and onboard new Taskers (gig workers), ensuring they understand the requirements and guidelines for completing tasks.

Provide ongoing support and feedback to Taskers as needed.

Review and confirm completed tasks according to Traxlo's guidelines, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Reject or provide feedback on incomplete or incorrect tasks.

Communicate with grocery stores and retail partners in Czech to resolve any queries regarding task completion, Tasker arrivals, or other operational issues.

Analyze operational metrics and provide insights to improve task completion and overall efficiency.

Track task performance and optimize the Tasker network accordingly.

Continuously improve task instructions and operational processes based on feedback and performance data.

Review and iterate on operations to ensure smooth workflows.

Monitor and assess the supply and demand of Taskers to meet client needs, ensuring the right number of Taskers are available at the right times.

Understand how tasks are to be completed and assist in completing tasks when launching partnerships with new VIP clients.

Track monthly services provided to stores and inform the accounting team to issue invoices.

Manage and lead partnerships with fleet partners to ensure smooth operations.

Additional Details:

Salary: €1300 - €1700 gross/month. Starting salary can increase depending on the personal aptitude to take on more responsibilities and personal ownership. No need to wait for a year, just decide to take on more ownership and execute on at a high level.

Fully remote with flexible hours and the option to use a co-working space in Prague.

Occasional travel to Vilnius and Warsaw for onboarding and important team meetings (expenses covered by the company).

Work closely with Traxlo's operations leads and team members, contributing to the development and success of the Czech market.
