We are the software arm of Ruptela, a global name in telematics and hardware manufacturing, and our team leverages years of engineering know-how to solve real problems for transport businesses. Our clients include both local fleet operators and international logistics providers with hundreds of vehicles.
We’re now expanding our team in Lithuania and looking for a proactive B2B Sales Manager to help us grow in the local market.
What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager (a.k.a. Hunter), you’ll play a key role in our growth by acquiring new clients and managing full-cycle B2B sales:
• Proactively hunt for new clients in the Lithuanian market (outbound prospecting via multiple channels)
• Conduct in-person and online sales meetings across Lithuania
• Identify client pain points and pitch solutions based on their fleet needs
• Lead end-to-end sales processes - from first contact to contract signature
• Own your client accounts until full solution implementation (handover to AMs comes after delivery milestones)
• Provide hands-on support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, support, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and public tenders
You’ll Succeed If You Have
• Proven B2B sales experience (1+ years of active sales)
• Background in transportation or logistics, especially in fleet management or dispatching
• Experience working with IT, SaaS, or telematics products
• A strong drive to learn, win, and go the extra mile for the client
• Fluency in Lithuanian and good English skills for internal communication
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Lithuania
• A self-driven, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
