About the role

We are looking for a commercially sharp Sales Manager to grow our PET preforms business in Poland and selected Central European markets. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a commodity-driven environment where differentiation comes from speed, proximity to customers, negotiation skill, and the ability to navigate technical validation processes.

You will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and relationship building to technical-commercial alignment, negotiations, and long-term account growth. You will work remotely with high autonomy, travel to customers when needed, and collaborate closely with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

 • Grow PET preforms sales in Poland and contribute to Central Europe growth
 • Own end-to-end sales execution: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and ongoing account development
 • Build and expand long-term relationships with new and existing beverage producers (water, CSD, beer, RTD and functional drinks)
 • Lead consultative selling through multi-step customer onboarding and validation, including trials, quality and food safety requirements, and operational alignment
 • Develop account plans and identify growth levers (new formats, volume expansion, competitive switches, technical improvements)
 • Drive commercial outcomes in a spot-influenced market: manage pricing discussions, protect margins, and secure commitments
 • Coordinate and support external representatives/agents: align on strategy, priorities, and key customer conversations
 • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline, ensuring clear tracking of opportunities, follow-ups, and forecasts
 • Monitor market and competitor landscape and turn insights into clear priorities and actions
 • Ensure strong post-sale support in collaboration with internal stakeholders to keep customers satisfied and unlock future opportunities

What we are looking for

 • Proven B2B sales experience in PET packaging, PET preforms, or adjacent plastics packaging - ideally serving beverage manufacturers
 • Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to win in competitive, price-driven environments
 • Comfortable with long, technical sales cycles and structured validation processes (trials, quality requirements, approvals)
 • Ownership mindset: proactive, self-driven, and able to build business without heavy day-to-day management
 • Highly organized and structured approach to pipeline management and follow-ups
 • Experience working with CRM tools (or a strong willingness to implement a CRM discipline)
 • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
 • Fluent Polish and strong English (for internal collaboration and broader regional work)

Nice to have

 • Existing network in the beverage manufacturing ecosystem in Poland/CEE
 • Experience selling commodity or semi-commodity products where value is created through approach, service, and speed
 • Experience working with agents/distributors or managing partner-led sales
