Gevara, a bold and innovative logistics company known as “transport punks”, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand the client base across Europe. Founded in 2007, Gevara is a top groupage and LTL logistics service provider in the Baltics, CIS countries, and Europe. Our 350+ team manages a fleet of 120+ trucks from our Vilnius headquarters, delivering daily groupage, LTL and FTL shipments, and warehousing solutions. Gevara is set to broaden its reach with a commitment to sustainability and excellence, creating impactful partnerships across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

Active sales: proactively identify and approach new clients, often traveling directly to their locations. Deliver compelling presentations and close deals to drive new business growth across Europe.

Full-cycle deal ownership: manage the entire business development lifecycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and deal closing. Ensure seamless handoff to operations and ongoing support teams.

Client engagement: build and maintain strong client relationships by organizing regular meetings and attending industry events. Represent Gevara at trade shows, with frequent travel to connect with prospects.

Strategic growth: develop and implement business strategies aligned with Gevara’s strengths, focusing on expanding in the European market through LTL and potential FTL opportunities.

Market insights & vision: independently establish objectives and prioritize expansion strategies. Track industry trends, evaluate market demand, and anticipate client needs for long-term growth.

Sales pipeline management: maintain an active and structured sales pipeline, consistently tracking progress through CRM tools. Forecast revenue and deliver on quarterly targets through focused execution.
