The Opportunity

Brite is looking for an Account Manager based in Lithuania to support and develop retail growth across several European markets, including Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal and a few other countries.

Brite already has retail presence in these markets through distributor partners. Your role will be to manage relationships with distributors, support the implementation of Brite’s commercial strategy and help partners grow the brand further in their local markets.

This is a hands-on international account management role where you will act as the key link between Brite and distributor partners across multiple countries. You will work closely with Brite’s founders and internal team to improve retail execution, increase visibility, support sales growth and identify further development opportunities.

Brite is open to both motivated junior candidates who are passionate about the brand and eager to grow, as well as more experienced candidates with retail, FMCG, distributor management or account management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with distributor partners across Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Portugal and other selected markets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned distributor accounts.
  • Support the implementation of Brite’s commercial strategy through distributor partners.
  • Work closely with distributors to support retail growth, listings, visibility and in-store execution.
  • Help distributors identify and develop opportunities with retail chains in their local markets.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns and retail initiatives together with partners.
  • Monitor account performance, sales development and sell-out activity.
  • Gather market, partner and competitor insights and share them with the internal team.
  • Work closely with founders, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Bring a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to daily account management.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in FMCG, retail, functional drinks, healthy products or consumer brands.
  • Commercial mindset and motivation to grow accounts and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple markets and partners.
  • Confidence working independently in an international environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Previous experience is not a must if you are highly motivated, commercially curious and genuinely passionate about Brite’s mission and products.
  • Experience in account management, sales, business development, retail, FMCG, distributor management or consumer goods would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with distributors, retail partners, FMCG accounts or commercial partners would be a strong plus.
  • Understanding of retail execution, promotions, listings and in-store visibility would be an advantage.
  • Additional European languages would be an advantage.
