About the role
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Estonia team and drive new business growth.
In this role, you will focus on acquiring new B2B clients, building long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to Venipak’s expansion in the local market.
If you enjoy hunting for new opportunities, closing deals, and building relationships - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Estonia

Acquire and onboard new B2B clients

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Present Venipak services and tailored solutions

Negotiate offers and close commercial agreements

Manage your sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
What we expect

Previous experience in B2B sales or business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proactive and independent working style

Good understanding of the Estonian market

Fluent in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)

B-category driving license
