About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Estonia team and drive new business growth.

In this role, you will focus on acquiring new B2B clients, building long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to Venipak’s expansion in the local market.

 

If you enjoy hunting for new opportunities, closing deals, and building relationships - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Estonia

  • Acquire and onboard new B2B clients

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Present Venipak services and tailored solutions

  • Negotiate offers and close commercial agreements

  • Manage your sales pipeline and achieve growth targets

What we expect

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or business development

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive and independent working style

  • Good understanding of the Estonian market

  • Fluent in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)

  • B-category driving license
