We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help us expand our network of partners across Europe in the field of lithium-ion battery and electronic waste recycling. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and managing the full sales cycle from first contact to delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in B2B sales, enjoys working independently, and is eager to make a real sustainability impact. 🧩 Your Responsibilities:

 • Actively identify and engage new clients (companies dealing with lithium-ion batteries or electronic waste).
 • Conduct proactive outreach - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and online meetings.
 • Use modern tools (AI, CRM, Sales Navigator) to find contacts and manage your sales pipeline.
 • Research the market to understand where batteries accumulate and which players operate in the recycling chain.
 • Coordinate the entire process - from first contact to the actual handover and logistics of batteries for recycling.
 • Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure an excellent customer experience.

🌱 Requirements:

 • Proven experience in active B2B sales (cold calling, lead generation, new client acquisition).
 • Excellent English skills (a must for communicating with European companies). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
 • Strong ability to plan your time independently, work towards goals, and maintain a structured approach.
 • Technologically savvy - comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
 • Results-driven mindset - you’re ambitious, motivated, and hungry to achieve more.
