Responsibilities:

Research and analyze the market for electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, heat pump water heaters, and electric heating appliances

Consult on the development of the company’s strategy and business plan for the Nordic markets in line with the corporate strategy

Advise on product positioning, pricing policy, commercial terms, and go-to-market approach

Drive the implementation of the business strategy and plan to achieve sales and gross margin targets

Focus on in-store execution and POS (point-of-sale) presence of all TESY product categories across the market

Proactively identify, negotiate with, and initiate cooperation with new customers

Hold regular meetings with current customers from traditional, professional, and DIY market channels

Organize and lead training sessions and presentations on TESY brands and products in the market

Conduct local promotions with customers in the Baltic markets

Manage customer relationships in the Baltic markets

Generate ideas and proposals for the development of the product portfolio

Lead the preparation of sales forecasts and manage regular sales to clients in accordance with sales plans, including receivables collection

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in line with corporate templates
Requirements:

University degree in economics, engineering, or another relevant field
-
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in selling professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/systems, electric appliances, or other installation products

Experience in B2B sales

Language skills: Lithuanian - native; excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Latvian and Estonian is a plus

Proficient in MS Office
