Responsibilities: 

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven to help us grow our dynamic client base.

  • Manage and expand the B2B and B2C client base in the Lithuanian and Brussels markets (primarily through inbound leads), and maintain long-term relationships
  • Proactively generate new business and strengthen outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Represent BMI at 2-3 lead generation events per month
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual enrollment targets for both short and long programs

Requirements:  

  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, as well as business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with or selling to managers and decision-makers
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of leads
  • Experience in the Executive Education or Professional Development industry is a plus
