ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you enjoy outbound sales and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone? Are you curious about how AI and automation can make outbound smarter and more effective?
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who combines strong outbound fundamentals with a modern approach to sales - using data, scraping tools, and AI to generate pipeline.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving outbound efforts, testing new approaches, and building a predictable flow of qualified meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will ensure our CRM stays organized and up-to-date by enriching lead data, checking for duplicates, and helping prioritize which prospects to contact first.
- Execute outbound sales across multiple channels: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and more
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling
- Build and manage outbound campaigns and sequences
- Identify and research target accounts using data scraping and enrichment tools
- Use AI outbound tools to personalize and scale outreach
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Handle objections and confidently communicate value over the phone
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies
- Collaborate with the team to improve outbound performance and processes
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (SaaS is a strong advantage)
• Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections in real time
• Strong understanding of modern SDR tech stack (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Experience with data scraping and lead enrichment tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for outbound and personalization
• Strong communication skills in English - both written and spoken
• Resilience and persistence - comfortable with rejection and high activity levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to test, learn, and improve
• Self-driven and proactive, with a high level of ownership
NICE TO HAVE
• Interest or experience in analyzing total Addressable Market to find new growth opportunities
• Experience in deep-dive research to identify key decision-makers
• A love for structure and data accuracy (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets)
