About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and driving growth from within.
This role is a mix of account management (40%) and sales (60%), where your focus will be on developing existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted client advisor

Prepare offers and negotiate commercial agreements

Monitor client performance and revenue growth

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Collaborate closely with operations and support teams
Requirements

Previous experience in B2B sales or account management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Good understanding of the Estonian market

Fluent Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)

B-category driving license
