About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Account Manager who enjoys building strong relationships and driving growth from within.

This role is a mix of account management (40%) and sales (60%), where your focus will be on developing existing clients, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing B2B clients

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Build long-term partnerships and become a trusted client advisor

  • Prepare offers and negotiate commercial agreements

  • Monitor client performance and revenue growth

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction

  • Collaborate closely with operations and support teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset

  • Good understanding of the Estonian market

  • Fluent Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)

  • B-category driving license
