About the role
Venipak Estonia is looking for a Team Lead Key Accounts to lead and support our team, manage relationships with key business clients, and drive growth in the Estonian market.
In this role, you will combine team leadership, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent service for our strategic clients, supporting the performance of the sales team, and identifying opportunities to improve results and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service

Manage a portfolio of up to 20 key business clients and ensure strong, long-term cooperation

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders

Monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable insights

Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and the broader Estonian market

Resolve client and operational challenges in close cooperation with internal teams

Promote open communication and a solution-oriented approach across teams and client relationships

Work closely with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes and ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements

Proven experience in team leadership and B2B sales

Previous experience in the logistics sector would be a strong advantage

Strong understanding of the Estonian market, economy, and e-commerce landscape

Fluency in Estonian and English

Proactive, open-minded, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Valid driving license and the ability to use a personal car when needed
