The Opportunity

We’re expanding our reseller and B2B partner network across Europe, and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow this channel.

You’ll work with interior designers, furniture dealers, and distributors to make Persy Booths their go-to acoustic booth supplier. This is a role for a consultative salesperson who enjoys both hunting and farming, building new partnerships and developing existing ones.

You’ll join a small, high-performing team where your impact will be visible and your growth fast. You’ll collaborate directly with the founders and shape how Persy Booths scales its reseller ecosystem across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner Development
    • Proactively identify and attract new interior designers, furniture dealers, and B2B distributors across Europe (with focus on DACH, UK, and Benelux).
    • Build long-term partnerships, ensuring Persy Booths becomes their preferred supplier.
    • Manage negotiations on pricing, discount structures, and reseller margins.
    • Support partners with sales enablement materials, case studies, and showroom/demo needs.
  • Key Account Management
    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing resellers, driving repeat business and multi-office rollouts.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and align on growth opportunities.
    • Track performance metrics (conversion, volume, account health) and ensure structured follow-up.
  • Sales Operations
    • Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and ensure clean, trackable data across all stages.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored campaigns for designers and resellers.
    • Support process improvements, build scalable playbooks, templates, and automated follow-up systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in furniture, interior design, or architectural solutions.
  • Experience managing reseller or partner networks in Europe.
  • Strong track record in full-cycle sales, from prospecting and negotiation to account development.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages like German, French, or Dutch are a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Consultative, structured, and self-driven, you thrive in autonomy and care deeply about building strong partnerships.
