Next chapter: Sales 2.0. We’re seeking a hands-on, metrics-driven Sales Director to operationalize excellence, coach closers, build repeatable systems, and help us unlock the next 3-5x in revenue.

About the Role
You’re not just a sales strategist, you’re a doer. You love jumping into the trenches for call reviews just as much as you love building the dashboards and playbooks behind the curtain.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own and elevate every part of the sales motion: from coaching reps and tightening lead flows, to architecting systems and leading strategic B2B initiatives. You'll help us scale our inbound DTC team and build a B2B engine that contractors, developers, and architects can’t live without.
When the time comes, you’ll head out to the U.S. to establish our physical sales presence - hiring locally, meeting partners, and putting Hansø Home on the map, in person.
What You’ll Do
1. Build a Relentless Sales Machine

Oversee setters, closers, and the full funnel from lead to deal.

Set daily cadences, enforce disciplined follow-up, and keep pipelines humming.

Deploy tested sales frameworks: urgency tactics, price anchoring, trust-building.
2. Coach Reps and Drive Performance

Run weekly call reviews and build objection-crushing training loops.

Sharpen talk tracks and help every rep find their voice - no robots allowed.

Cultivate a culture of healthy competition, sharp incentives, and instant feedback.
3. Create Systems That Scale

Build a comprehensive GTM playbook - lead routing, proposals, close SOPs.

Audit our stack and upgrade tools: dialers, CRMs, quoting software, and more.

Define and track the right metrics (quote rate, rep capacity, speed-to-lead, etc.).
4. Expand B2B Sales

Build our trade sales arm from the ground up: contractors, developers, architects.

Create scalable playbooks and outreach systems that win repeat business.

Own B2B pipeline and forecasts with monthly volume-based growth goals.
5. Collaborate Across the Business

Sync with Marketing to improve MQL quality and targeting.

Work with Ops to ensure the delivery promise meets the sales pitch.

Feed frontline intel back to Product and Strategy to sharpen market fit.
6. Scale the Team and Go Stateside

Lead hiring for the next wave of reps and build a layer of strong frontline managers.

Own onboarding and coaching programs that accelerate time to quota.

Travel to the U.S. to establish a sales office, meet partners, and build a regional footprint.
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including 4+ leading teams.

Thrive in hybrid sales environments (setters + closers), ideally in DTC or high-ticket B2C.

Have experience building B2B channels alongside DTC growth.

Know how to build and scale, not just maintain.

Love being in the weeds - reviewing calls, drilling reps, running stand-ups.

Are driven by KPIs and can forecast pipeline like a pro.

Are fluent in modern sales tech (Close.com, HubSpot, CallRail, Slack, Sheets, etc.).

Are adventurous, excited to travel, build something from scratch, and get your hands dirty.
