About the role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help accelerate Flanco’s growth, starting with Lithuania.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can build pipeline, open doors, run consultative sales processes, and win new business with both office tenants and commercial real estate stakeholders.
You will work closely with the leadership team and play an important role in turning a strong product and credible client base into the next stage of commercial growth.
We are open to different types of profiles for this role. The right person could come from SaaS, proptech, commercial real estate, enterprise sales, or another environment where consultative selling, commercial sharpness, and relationship-building are key.
Responsibilities:

Drive new business development in Lithuania

Build and manage a strong target pipeline across relevant market segments

Identify and approach prospective clients across both tenant and landlord segments

Lead outbound and relationship-driven sales activity through networking, direct outreach, introductions, and market engagement

Run consultative sales conversations with senior decision-makers

Understand client pain points and position Flanco’s solution based on business value

Manage the full sales process from first conversation to signed deal

Work closely with leadership on commercial strategy, messaging, and market feedback

Help refine go-to-market approach based on real market response

Support long-term account growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities where relevant

Represent Flanco credibly in the market and help strengthen its commercial presence
Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or another commercial role

Strong track record of winning new business and managing complex sales conversations

Ability to sell consultatively and build trust with senior stakeholders

High level of commercial sharpness, ownership, and execution

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to quickly understand a product and translate it into clear value for different buyer types

Comfortable operating in a growing company where flexibility and initiative matter

Fluent Lithuanian and strong English
Would be considered a strong advantage:

Experience in SaaS, proptech, commercial real estate, or enterprise solution sales

Existing network in Lithuania across office, workplace, real estate, or related ecosystems
