Pando Moto - Business Development Manager / Account Manager | US & Canada

As we continue expanding, we are looking for a Business Development Manager / Account Manager to help grow our retail partner network across the US and Canada. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and growing them over time.

What you will do

 • Identify and approach new B2B retail opportunities across the US and Canada, with a focus on motorcycle gear stores, dealers, and retail chains
 • Manage outbound prospecting activities and turn qualified leads into long-term retail partners
 • Follow up on warm and inbound leads, handle responses, and move opportunities forward
 • Lead the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closing
 • Build relationships with new partners and gradually take ownership of the accounts you win
 • Manage and grow existing accounts in your region, ensuring strong relationships and long-term commercial success
 • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing partner support
 • Keep CRM data and sales activity well structured and up to date
 • Monitor market feedback, retailer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

What we are looking for

 • Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a hybrid commercial role
 • Proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships
 • Experience selling physical products in a B2B environment
 • Previous exposure to the US and/or Canadian market would be a strong advantage
 • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence on calls and in commercial conversations
 • A proactive, persistent, and commercially driven mindset
 • Comfort working in a role that starts with more active hunting and gradually evolves into account ownership
 • Ability to understand partner needs and communicate value from a business perspective
 • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools in a structured way
 • Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

 • Experience working with retailers, dealers, distributors, or wholesale partners
 • Exposure to lifestyle, apparel, sports, automotive, outdoor, or similar product categories
 • Genuine interest in motorcycles, riding culture, or premium performance gear
 • International background and experience working in multicultural teams

Working model

 • This role is based in Vilnius
 • Hybrid setup is possible, but during the onboarding period a strong office presence is expected
 • The role requires alignment with the North American market, so flexibility to work at least 2 evenings per week is important
 • This is not a fully inbound or email-only role, success in this position requires follow-ups, calls, and active commercial ownership
