Baltsolar is a B2B wholesaler and distributor operating in the renewable energy sector. The company supplies equipment and solutions for solar PV systems, energy storage, EV charging infrastructure, HVAC and related installation materials.
Baltsolar is part of a larger renewable energy group active across Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Norway. The group serves both internal companies and external clients, including installers, EPCs, and commercial developers. With strong purchasing power, regional warehouses and long-term supplier partnerships, Baltsolar plays a central role in enabling large-scale renewable energy deployment across the region.
Why we are hiring
As the business continues to scale, Baltsolar is strengthening its commercial leadership. We are hiring a Head of Sales to take ownership of sales performance and development across the Baltics.
This role is designed as a player-coach position. The Head of Sales will both lead and actively contribute, with a strong initial focus on developing Latvia and Estonia, while gradually bringing more structure, consistency and leadership into the Lithuanian sales organization.
Responsibilities
Sales leadership and execution
• Own overall sales performance across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Set clear priorities, targets and execution standards for the sales organization.
• Establish and maintain sales cadence (forecasting, pipeline reviews, follow-ups, accountability).
Market development - Latvia & Estonia
• Lead commercial development in Latvia and Estonia, working hands-on with customers and partners.
• Build and manage pipeline in new and existing accounts.
• Support and guide local sales resources and future hires in these markets.
Team leadership and coaching
• Coach and support existing team leads and senior salespeople.
• Strengthen commercial discipline, including deal follow-up, customer communication and payment awareness.
• Help the organization move from individual excellence to repeatable team performance.
Cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with procurement, supply chain and operations to align sales activity with availability, lead times and strategic priorities.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution and delivery.
Requirements
• Solid experience in B2B sales within a technical, industrial or project-based environment (renewables, energy, construction materials, HVAC, electrical or similar industries).
• Previous experience leading or coaching sales teams, while remaining comfortable in a hands-on sales role.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to bring structure without over-bureaucracy.
• Experience working across multiple markets or countries is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Baltics.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian. Russian is an advantage.
