We provide a range of services including security and fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, building automation, and other technological solutions. Our clients include hotels, factories, warehouses, construction companies, and other businesses in need of facility and site security and automation.
We are looking for an active and ambitious B2B Sales Manager who will be responsible for identifying new clients, building strong relationships with them, and overseeing the initial stages of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle and convert inbound sales inquiries
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with the products
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts
- Participation in business events and networking meetings (BNI, PropTech, etc.)
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and client needs
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales (preferably in technological solutions, engineering products, or a related field)
- Ability to independently organize your work and focus on achieving results
- Proactivity, strong communication, and negotiation skills
- Technical background or understanding of low-voltage systems (an advantage)
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
