  • Buy, sell, and exchange aircraft components, engine materials, and related assets in line with business targets and market demand.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key decision-makers to secure profitable transactions.

  • Manage the full deal cycle - from sourcing and market outreach to negotiation, closing, and post-deal follow-up.

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and inventory movement to identify commercial opportunities and maximize margins.

  • Actively participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client visits to strengthen market presence and generate new business.

  • Collaborate internally with sales support, technical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and high service quality.

  • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and overall trading strategy.

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for a commercially sharp and proactive professional with a hunter mindset - someone motivated by winning new business, spotting market opportunities, and driving revenue through active trading.

Must-haves:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, trading, or commercial deal-making experience.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

  • Commercially minded, self-driven, and resilient, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel and active client-facing work.

  • Excellent English (other languages are an advantage).

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, logistics, or other asset-heavy industries.

  • Technical sales background or experience selling/trading complex products.

  • Understanding of aviation components, engine materials, or aftermarket trading environments.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive base salary: €3300 - €4100 gross/month.

  • Quarterly bonus system (uncapped earnings potential).

  • Team performance bonuses tied to quarterly/annual results.

  • Travel opportunities to global industry events and client sites.

  • Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling international company.

  • A collaborative, ambitious team culture based in a modern Vilnius office.
