YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for an Export Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in Europe. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with retail partners and distributors, and driving revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities:
• Actively search for new clients and drive business development efforts in export markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains and distributors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned countries.
• Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and negotiations to deal closing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, R&D, quality, logistics) for smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and client visits.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
