As we continue to grow, Track-POD is extending the Sales Team by adding world-class SaaS salespeople, and we are currently looking for an Account Executive to help drive our next stage of growth.
Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and convert an international sales pipeline of prospective clients
• Identify and engage new prospects using LinkedIn, Lemlist, and other outbound tools
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Run remote demos and close new deals from inbound and outbound opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through disciplined execution of the Track-POD sales process
• Accurately track and manage all sales activities and account data in HubSpot
• Develop new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to understand needs and drive long-term value
• Provide professional after-sales support, addressing issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and protect the company’s reputation
• Negotiate commercial agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and related data
Requirements
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar SaaS sales role
• Strong track record closing high-volume, low-value deals
• Experience running online demos and managing a full sales cycle
• Solid understanding of sales, negotiation, and basic market research principles
• Experience working with modern SaaS sales tools, including HubSpot CRM and an integrated sales stack for outreach, calling, demos, and email campaigns (Aircall, Chorus, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, MailerLite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-starter mindset with high personal drive, ambition, and accountability
• Experience developing new business in a technology-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
