About the Role
At Heatso, we provide comfort system solutions for recreational vehicles, trucks, marine transport, and industrial machinery - and our clients across the USA rely on us for both products and expert guidance.
We’re looking for a universal technical & general support specialist to join our small, close-knit team in Vilnius. You’ll handle customer inquiries from “Where’s my order?” to “Why doesn’t this part work?” - and everything in between. You’ll work directly with both B2C and B2B customers via phone and ticketing systems, helping resolve technical issues, make product recommendations, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
This is a 100% in-office role and best suited for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced, international environment.
What You’ll Do
-
Handle incoming tickets and phone calls from customers in the USA (day & evening shifts depending on the season).
-
Assist with both technical troubleshooting and general support (order status, delivery coordination, product suggestions).
-
Use and contribute to our knowledge base to answer common product issues and recommend solutions.
-
Coordinate internally with the logistics and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
-
Take ownership of customer queries from start to resolution - no follow-up left behind!
-
Step in to support colleagues when needed - we’re a small team, and everyone’s contribution counts.
We’re Looking for Someone Who
-
Has experience with hardware or technical support - you’ve helped someone fix or figure out a physical product before.
-
Is independent, proactive, and never lets a ticket slip through the cracks.
-
Speaks and writes excellent English (C1+), since you’ll be supporting US clients exclusively.
-
Is flexible with work hours: regular days + a few evening shifts (up to midnight), especially during the US high season.
-
Enjoys learning, is naturally curious, and eager to understand how technical products work.
-
Values teamwork and is happy to help out wherever needed in a small and agile team.
What We Offer
-
A competitive base salary (€1500–1800 net) with bonuses based on performance.
-
A chance to become a key player in a growing team, with impact across both operations and customer experience.
-
Learning opportunities in technical support, US market operations, and cross-functional teamwork.
-
A friendly, supportive atmosphere and hands-on mentorship from your manager.
-
Occasional travel opportunities to the US for trade shows and professional development.
