Inbalance grid - Sales Project Manager (Polish Market)

Job Description:

Inbalance Grid, a fast-growing EV charging company, is looking to strengthen its Business Development team in Poland. In this role, you will manage EV charging development projects, coordinate implementation with Polish partners, pitch to new customers, and maintain existing operations, including overseeing relationships with current Polish clients. You’ll play a key role in advancing cutting-edge EV infrastructure in Poland and across Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage electric vehicle charging projects

  • Interact with sales, design, and installation teams

  • Engage with existing customers and acquire new ones

  • Liaise with partners, distributors, and suppliers

  • Seek ways to optimize project management

  • Analyze and interpret data

  • Prepare and deliver company presentations and commercial offers

  • Work with the Polish EV infrastructure market

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects, ideally in electrical installation and EV public charging infrastructure

  • Experience in sales processes and CRM systems

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively plan and manage both personal and team tasks

  • Excellent oral and written Polish and English language skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of electrical works in Poland, with knowledge of relevant processes

  • Experience working with designers and electricians, qualifications as a designer/electrician are optional but beneficial

  • Management experience, ideally in coordinating electric vehicle charging projects

  • Ability to work in the Warsaw, Lublin, or Łódź areas
