NFQ - Business Development Manager

Our international business development team is a driving force behind our global expansion, and we’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to join us. You’ll collaborate with ambitious professionals from diverse industries, using your skills and network to create real impact. What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle business development projects and sales processes.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new clients and strategic partners in target international markets.
• Execute NFQ’s sales strategy while proactively hunting for new opportunities.
• Understand client needs and match them with appropriate products or service solutions.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with sales operations and delivery teams to design winning strategies.
• Represent NFQ at industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings to build relationships and grow brand visibility.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Clay, and networking platforms to build and manage your pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales roles.
• Background in startups, e-commerce, logistics, mobility, sports, or IT industries.
• Proven success with complex and executive-level sales processes.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and structured selling.
• Skilled at finding new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar).
• Excellent negotiation, technical, and closing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities in English.
• High energy, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Strategic thinker with strong time management and decision-making skills.
• International education or experience is a strong plus.
