Glob-El is part of a Norwegian industrial group specializing in high-quality electrical installation materials, LED lighting, and accessories. With our own manufacturing facilities, we control the full value chain - from R&D to production and commercial sales - delivering consistent quality that our customers trust.

Our Lithuanian branch is the strategic hub for sales and distribution across the Scandinavian and European DIY and semi-professional markets. In 2021, we expanded our footprint with the launch of a new production line in Klaipėda’s FEZ industrial zone, enabling us to deliver OEM and ODM manufacturing services globally.

We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Baltics region. This is a strategic sales role with a strong focus on market development, customer acquisition, and long-term client relationships across the Baltic countries.

Key Responsibilities

 • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base and ensure strong market presence in the Baltics.
 • Identify and attract new clients through proactive outreach and networking.
 • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular visits, calls, and presence at trade fairs.
 • Prepare tailored commercial offers and manage contract negotiations to reach sales targets.
 • Monitor market trends, forecast sales, and evaluate strategy performance.
 • Represent the company and its brands at exhibitions and meetings across Europe.

What We’re Looking For

 • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the electrical installation materials sector.
 • Strong commercial acumen and industry insight.
 • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
 • Critical thinking and analytical approach to sales strategy and problem-solving.
 • Self-starter mentality with persistence to drive projects from concept to completion.
 • Fluent English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
 • Flexible mindset and willingness to travel for in-person meetings across Europe.
