Job Description: 

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key player in identifying potential clients and generating new business opportunities in the specified region. Your primary goal will be to build interest in our clients' products and services, initiate conversations with prospects, and collaborate closely with the Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Your first 30 days:

  • Participate in a comprehensive two-week training program to learn about our company's products, industry, and sales processes.
  • Receive thorough onboarding and become familiar with the tools and systems necessary for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Account Executives to develop a solid understanding of the ideal customer profile and target market.

Your responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the Account Executives to further engage with potential clients.
  • Conducting in-depth research on prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospects to create interest in our products and services.
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participating in regular sales meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Previous experience as an SDR, inside sales, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with non-English speaking markets is a plus.
  • Advantageous: ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish.
