We are looking for a team player in sales and business development who can also work well independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily outbound sales activities and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with a high-performing engineering team for product and technical support.
- Represent WeSky at international trade shows, conferences, and client visits.
- Contribute to strategy and execution as we scale - with real opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A proven track record in sales within the aviation sector (4-6 years is a plus!).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (4-5 business trips per quarter).
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- A sense of humor - we work hard and have fun doing it.
