About the role
Blank Label Team is looking for a Sales Representative to help build and grow its client base in the US market.
This is a full-cycle sales role and one of the first dedicated sales positions in the company. You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities with high-revenue B2C companies that could benefit from global influencer marketing or performance marketing services.
You will work directly with the founders, who are deeply involved in the business and will support you with industry knowledge, case studies, positioning, and strategic input. At the same time, this role requires a high level of independence. You will be expected to create your own pipeline, test outreach strategies, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and develop a repeatable sales approach from the ground up.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and selling complex services in a consultative way. The sales cycle may require persistence, long-term follow-up, and strong relationship management, as the target client base is focused and highly specific.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and target relevant B2C companies with strong revenue potential.
- Build and manage outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.
- Develop relationships with founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and other senior decision-makers.
- Clearly communicate Blank Label Team’s value proposition, service model, and ability to execute global influencer marketing at scale.
- Understand client needs, challenges, timing, internal decision-making processes, and marketing goals.
- Run discovery calls, qualify opportunities, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Prepare and present tailored pitches, proposals, and follow-up materials.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with a focused list of high-value target accounts.
- Collaborate directly with the founders on sales strategy, positioning, pricing discussions, and deal progression.
- Share market feedback and help refine the sales process, messaging, and ideal customer profile.
- Work with potential external lead generation partners when relevant, while remaining accountable for your own pipeline and results.
- Build a structured, repeatable approach to sales in a company that is currently founder-led and referral-driven.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in marketing services, media, creative, PR, social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, or another consultative service-based environment.
- Strong full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, discovery, relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders such as founders, executives, marketing leaders, or brand decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and the ability to sell complex, high-value services.
- Ability to work with a focused, high-value target market where timing, persistence, and long-term follow-up matter.
- Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and patience when working with marketing stakeholders and complex client concerns.
- Ability to understand and address both rational business needs and more subjective brand, reputation, and stakeholder concerns.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable building structure where little currently exists.
- Resilient and motivated by performance-based upside.
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, founder-led environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Based in the US and able to work effectively with US-based prospects and time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience selling influencer marketing, digital marketing, paid media, creator partnerships, or performance marketing services.
- Existing understanding of B2C brands, consumer markets, creator ecosystems, or marketing agency business models.
- Experience selling to companies with significant marketing budgets.
- Experience building a sales process from scratch or joining an early-stage commercial team.
- Familiarity with outbound tools, CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and modern sales workflows.
