Your responsibilities:

  • You will work with Top Companies from Lithuania

  • You will engage with decision-makers, analyze their needs, and prepare the best value propositions

  • You will daily communicate with potential customers mainly by phone (cold calls), Linkedin, and e-mail

  • You will manage the sales process from an opportunity to a client

  • You will attend conferences and marketing events to meet potential clients

  • You are an Independent and result-oriented personality

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales

  • Previous experience with Outbound sales

  • Proven track record of crushing Sales quota

  • CRM experience is strongly preferred

  • Data-driven sales mindset

  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Transparency while communicating with the customers and the team members

  • Self-driven with an over-achiever spirit

 

Nice to have requirements:

  • Understanding of Marketing services or products

  • Previous E-commerce experience

  • Previous experience with the EU or USA markets
