ISS Lithuania provides comprehensive facility management services, including office support, cleaning, catering, maintenance, occupational health and safety, and more. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities and establishing contacts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and potential clients
- Preparation of commercial proposals, presentations, and participation in negotiations
- Formation and development of sales strategy in Lithuania
- Organization and implementation of the sales process
- Achieving sales targets and sales budget
- Market and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in comprehensive service delivery solutions
- Good understanding of general business principles
- Diplomacy and ability to persuade, to argue professionally and logically
- Perseverance in achieving goals
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage
- Driving license category B
