Axioma Metering is an international, fast-growing product company specializing in ultrasonic metering solutions. We work with high-value infrastructure projects worldwide and are actively expanding across strategic global markets.
We are currently looking for an ambitious and experienced commercial leader to join our executive team and drive the next stage of the company’s growth. As Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening global sales performance, expanding the partner ecosystem, and opening strategic markets worldwide.
Your role and responsibilities
• Full ownership of the company’s global commercial growth and sales performance, reporting directly to the CEO
• Lead and develop a global sales organization of approximately 25 professionals, including sales managers, sales executives, and technical support teams
• Define and execute a global sales strategy focused on long-term growth and high-value infrastructure projects
• Build, develop, and scale the distributor and partner network, ensuring strong performance from existing partners while opening new strategic partnerships
• Open new strategic markets and regions through key accounts, tenders, and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Implement sales management best practices, strengthen process-driven execution, forecasting discipline, and performance management
• Develop leadership capability within the organization by coaching sales leaders and building a high-performance, ambitious commercial culture
• Represent the company internationally in key customer meetings, negotiations, trade shows, and industry conferences
What we are looking for
• 5+ years of experience in international B2B sales and at least 3 years of experience leading a sales organization with responsibility for strategic growth
• Proven experience managing high-value projects, complex sales cycles, public procurement, or infrastructure tenders
• Strong track record of managing and growing sales through distributors and partner channels
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, with the ability to turn direction into measurable results
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, uncertain international environment and make decisions with incomplete information
• Emotional resilience and the ability to unite and motivate teams during periods of change and challenge
• Strong negotiation skills, high commercial acumen, and experience working with senior-level decision-makers on the client side
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
