Retechas is a Lithuanian-based manufacturer of professional LED lighting solutions, specializing in high-quality, custom-made products for commercial and industrial use. The company designs and produces its products in-house in Kaunas, ensuring fast delivery, consistent quality, and long-term reliability. With a strong focus on European markets, Retechas works with distributors, contractors, and project-based clients across multiple countries.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive expansion into European markets and take ownership of new client acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound B2B sales, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and wants to work with a tangible, high-quality product.
Your Responsibilities:

Actively search for and acquire new B2B clients across Europe (distributors, contractors, lighting project companies).

Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal.

Work with both new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide suitable technical solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, including coordination with production and logistics teams.

Represent the company in international markets and potentially at trade shows.
Requirements:

Proven experience in active B2B sales (cold outreach, lead generation, new client acquisition).

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with international clients.

Fluent English is required (additional languages are a strong advantage).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay goal-oriented.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and modern sales tools.
