🔍 What we're looking for?

Founding account executive who will set up the initial sales processes and work closely with the founders in shaping our sales organisation and selling our products. Join our dynamic team as we seek an individual with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
As a Founding Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach, handling full cycle sales with precision and expertise. Your success will be entirely in your own hands, this role is heavily focused on outbound sales, meaning you will have to prospect, outreach, demo, and close your own deals.

💪🏻 Main responsibilities:

  • Outbound new sales opportunities through emails, calls, networking, and social media;
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify opportunities to sell Grei AI products;
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;
  • Run demos to prospective clients to highlight our solutions capabilities;
  • Run trials and/or POCs to secure technical product recommendations;
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections;
  • Build compelling business cases to justify the cost to the economic buyers;
  • Manage sales pipeline within Hubspot CRM;
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

🔖 Core requirements:

  • At least 2 years of B2B selling experience;
  • Ability to manage full sales cycle with diverse buyer groups;
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Meet and exceed quarterly quota contributing to sales growth;
  • Ability to lead and own internal projects for the better sales team performance;
  • Highly ambitious and hungry to learn and grow
  • Promote a high-performance environment within our sales team and the company.
  • High level of organization, self-motivation, and self-accountability;
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales would be preferred but not essential;
  • Fluent in English;
