OSS is an industrial welding and installation company delivering technological piping and related fabrication solutions for industrial clients across Europe. We manufacture in-house and perform welding and assembly works on client sites.
Our main markets today are Scandinavia and Western Europe, and our clients include industrial manufacturers and EPC/IPC contractors in sectors such as oil and gas, chemical, food, cellulose/pulp, defense, and data centers.
We are known for strong execution quality, reliable delivery, and long-term partnerships. Now we are expanding further and looking for a sales professional to open new export markets.
Key responsibilities
• Develop new export markets for OSS with initial focus on Austria, Netherlands, and Spain (UK is a future target).
• Identify and approach target industrial companies, project owners, and EPC/IPC contractors.
• Generate leads through cold and warm outreach, networking, referrals, and industry fairs.
• Lead first meetings with prospects, qualify needs, timelines, and decision processes.
• Coordinate proposals together with engineering, project management, and production teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new contracts.
• Build long-term relationships and grow repeat business in newly opened markets.
• Maintain a clear and structured pipeline, regularly sharing progress internally.
Requirements
• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial services, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or export sales.
• Strong hunter mindset - comfortable building a market from scratch and doing proactive outreach.
• Ability to sell complex, high-value services with longer sales cycles.
• Confident communication skills in client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Structured, self-driven, and persistent personality - you keep momentum even when deals take time.
• Willingness to learn technical basics of technological piping, welding, certifications, and project scopes (engineering background is a plus, not a must).
• Fluent English. Additional European languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.) are a strong advantage.
• Based in Klaipeda, Plunge, or nearby region, or willing to work from these locations.
