Beyond training, we deliver Simulator Engineering Services to global clients—including relocation, repair, upgrade, certification preparation, and operational readiness. Through a Joint Venture with HNCA, we also provide engineering and maintenance services within China.

As Senior Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of our global growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving business development initiatives across international markets
  • Generating new B2B opportunities and nurturing long-term commercial relationships
  • Setting and executing strategic commercial initiatives aligned with group OKRs
  • Leading, coaching and coordinating commercial teams and cross-functional teams for initiatives & project execution
  • Researching customer needs and refining our value proposition
  • Creating strong relationships with industry leaders, managing commercial accounts from proposal through ongoing upselling
  • Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and contracts
  • Representing Simaero at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Supporting forecasting and budgeting activities
  • Leveraging CRM and business software tools to track progress and results

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Aviation
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales or commercial services (aviation experience is a strong asset)
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Business growth mindset, Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Natural relationship builder with an extroverted and persuasive personality
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and customer-oriented
  • Proficient in using digital tools and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel internationally, in average at least once per month
  • A good level of French is an advantage
  • Passion for the aviation industry is a significant advantage
