The Role

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive our next stage of growth by building and scaling partnerships across e-commerce, retail, and automotive distribution channels globally.

This is not a traditional “follow-the-playbook” sales role. You’ll be expected to identify opportunities, test new channels, and build partnerships from scratch. If you enjoy figuring things out, opening new markets, and having real ownership - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

 • Identify and develop new B2B sales channels globally (focus on e-commerce & automotive retail)
 • Build partnerships with:
      • E-commerce stores selling automotive/diagnostic tools
      • Automotive retail chains and distributors
      • Niche automotive platforms and resellers
 • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
 • Test and validate new sales channels (e.g. marketplaces, alternative distribution, partnerships)
 • Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners to drive repeat orders
 • Collaborate with the team on product feedback, pricing strategies, and go-to-market ideas
 • Work closely with product/technical team to handle partner questions and use cases

What We’re Looking For

 • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
 • Background working with e-commerce, retail, or distribution channels
 • Ability to independently build pipelines and open new markets
 • Strong commercial thinking - you understand what makes a product sell
 • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with ambiguity
 • Fluent in English

Nice to have

 • Experience in automotive, electronics, or hardware products
 • Existing network in e-commerce or automotive retail
 • Experience testing unconventional sales channels
