Now we are accelerating our growth in Poland - one of the most important retail markets in Europe - and we are looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager to lead this expansion.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented retail professional with strong local relationships in the Polish FMCG market.
As National Account Manager for Poland, you will take full ownership of Brite’s retail performance in the country. Your mission is clear: unlock listings, expand distribution and drive visible results.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience managing Polish retail accounts directly and who understands how decisions are made locally.
You will work closely with founders and international teams, but you will be the face of Brite in the Polish market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Distribution & Listings
• Lead listing negotiations with key Polish retail chains (Biedronka, Lidl Poland, Żabka, Dino Polska, Auchan Poland, Kaufland Poland, Carrefour Poland, Netto, Aldi Poland, Stokrotka, etc.).
• Secure new national and regional listings in modern trade and convenience.
• Activate new distribution opportunities and accelerate speed-to-shelf.
Account Management & Growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with category buyers and key decision-makers.
• Develop joint business plans and promotional calendars.
• Monitor sell-out performance and ensure strong in-store execution.
• Increase visibility, shelf space and promotional presence.
Commercial Execution
• Drive pricing, margin negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Use category data and market insight to support negotiations.
• Deliver measurable commercial results within the first quarter.
Market Development
• Identify whitespace opportunities across retail and convenience.
• Provide local market insight to shape pricing, promotions and strategy.
• Represent the Polish market internally.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
• 3+ years experience in FMCG sales within Poland.
• Direct experience working with soft drinks or energy drink brands.
• Existing relationships with buyers at major Polish retail chains.
• Proven track record of securing listings and driving growth in modern trade.
• Experience delivering fast commercial impact.
