Job Description:
As a B2B Account Manager (AM), you will play a crucial role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with our clients while ensuring their success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, managing their accounts, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and maintain long-term partnerships.
Your first 30 days:
- Participate in a comprehensive two-week training program to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in this role.
- Receive comprehensive onboarding and familiarization with all the tools and internal systems required for your daily tasks.
- Collaborate with our clients' management team to understand the company's sales strategies and align your efforts with the overall goals.
Your responsibilities:
- Nurturing and building strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Regularly communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries they may have.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our clients' products and services to meet clients' evolving needs.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
- Analyzing sales data and client feedback to generate insights and reports for management to optimize client retention and revenue growth.
- Representing our partner companies at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events when required.
- Collaborating with the Account Executives to share insights and strategies for effective client management and revenue generation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in Customer Care/Sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with non-English speaking markets is a plus.
- Advantageous: ability to speak additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish.
