The mission for this role. We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Freelance Recruiter to own delivery end-to-end: run full-cycle hiring and consistently place top sales talent. We handle client acquisition - you own the delivery and execution.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the full recruitment process. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers, proactively engage candidates, and keep multiple hiring processes moving at a high standard. You’ll balance relationship-building with structure, clarity, and consistent execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Own Roles End-to-End
• Run intake meetings to understand hiring needs, success profiles, and role context.
• Turn open requirements and criteria into clear sourcing strategies and execution plan.
• Maintain momentum through strong cadence and follow-up.
2. Build and Manage Strong Candidate Pipelines
• Proactively source and engage sales talent using multiple channels.
• Write outreach that is relevant, direct, and human.
• Ensure steady pipeline flow throughout the hiring process.
3. Screen, Interview, and Present Candidates Clearly
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills and motivation.
• Run in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates thoroughly.
• Create structured one-pager summaries that help clients make fast, confident decisions.
4. Run a Structured and Reliable Process
• Track candidates accurately through each stage of the funnel.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps without delays.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience from first contact to final outcome.
5. Communicate with Clarity and Confidence
• Keep clients and candidates aligned via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Set expectations early and provide timely, clear feedback.
• Run recruitment like a sales cycle, tight cadence, clear next steps, and the confidence to push both clients and candidates when momentum drops.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU
• Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Understand sales processes and what differentiates top performers.
• Think critically, ask challenging questions, and make sound decisions.
• Are organized and comfortable managing multiple roles at once.
• Communicate clearly with both clients and candidates.
• Are fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Are proactive, detail-oriented, results-driven, and not afraid to challenge both clients and candidates.
• Ideally, you are a sales professional who transitioned into recruitment, or a recruiter with experience in sales roles.
