About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to develop existing client relationships across Scandinavia, the United Kingdom and selected Central European markets.

You will take ownership of clients after the first contract is signed, with the goal of building long-term relationships and generating repeat business.

This is a commercially focused role in a project-based environment. Each project is different, so you will work closely with Project Managers to prepare proposals, determine margins, negotiate terms and support clients throughout project delivery.

The role may involve up to 30% international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing international clients.

  • Proactively identify repeat business and additional sales opportunities.

  • Manage the commercial process from client request to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.

  • Work with Project Managers to prepare technical and commercial solutions.

  • Determine pricing, margins, payment terms and contractual conditions.

  • Make commercial decisions during project delivery, including matters related to delays, downtime, additional work or changes in scope.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure expectations are managed.

  • Develop relationships across different factories and business units within client groups.

  • Maintain accurate information in the CRM and provide sales forecasts and performance updates.

  • Manage approximately 10-15 active clients and multiple projects at different stages.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or account management.

  • Experience with technical, industrial, construction or other project-based services would be a strong advantage.

  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and develop long-term client relationships.

  • Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills.

  • Confidence working with pricing, margins, contracts and project risks.

  • Excellent English skills.

  • Ability to manage several clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel regularly.

  • Availability to work primarily from the Kaunas office.

Experience working with Scandinavian companies or knowledge of Scandinavian business culture would be considered a strong advantage.

An engineering background is not required, but an interest in manufacturing, machinery or technical environments is important.

What We Offer

  • A base salary up to 4150 Eur gross per month, depending on experience and competence.

  • Uncapped quarterly bonus linked to company performance.

  • Company car available for personal use.

  • Travel and accident insurance.

  • Full onboarding and technical training.

  • The opportunity to work with international manufacturing companies and high-value industrial projects.

  • A high level of responsibility and direct cooperation with senior management.

  • Company events, monthly team breakfasts and free basketball training.
