Bunasta is one of the largest customs brokerage companies in the Baltic region, operating since 2012. Our team works with transport and logistics companies across Europe, helping them manage customs procedures, transit, warehousing, and other international trade-related processes. We have offices in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Kazakhstan, and Romania.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for an Account Manager to take ownership of an existing client portfolio and drive its growth. This role is based in our Vilnius office (Savanorių pr. 28) and involves working within an international team.

We believe that strong client relationships are built through proactive communication, professionalism, and initiative. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is not only focused on servicing clients, but also on growing their business together with us.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and increasing portfolio revenue.

Many of our clients currently use only part of our service offering. The core objective of this role is to expand the range of services used by clients and strengthen overall cooperation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Portfolio Management

 • Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 150 clients
 • Analyze client performance and identify growth opportunities
 • Increase the scope of services used by clients
 • Ensure timely payments for services delivered

Relationship Management

 • Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and meetings
 • Expand network of contacts within client organizations
 • Build and nurture long-term partnerships

Client Service

 • Respond promptly to client inquiries (including occasional after-hours requests)
 • Support clients in resolving issues
 • Ensure high service quality

Client Visits & Market Activity

 • Visit clients in Lithuania and abroad
 • Participate in business events and exhibitions
 • Represent the company in meetings with partners

REQUIREMENTS

 • Experience in B2B sales or client portfolio/account management
 • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
 • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
 • Ability to identify new business opportunities
 • Languages: Lithuanian, English, Russian.
