Our goal is to make the world a healthier and more sustainable place by encouraging movement, reducing CO2 emissions, planting steps forests, educating about health and sustainability, and promoting choices for sustainable and healthy products. Role Description

  • Engage with inbound leads, demonstrate and articulate the value proposition to prospective clients and manage multiple relationships at once 

  • Conduct online product demos, lead negotiations & close up deals with clients 

  • Contribute to finding new prospects and innovative ways to engage them

  • Meet your weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Participate in local exhibitions, conferences, and business missions

  • Engage in product and service improvement processes

Qualifications

  • ​​Fluent written and verbal Lithuanian and English are mandatory

  • Experience in B2B Inbound sales

  • Proven track record of crushing Sales quota

  • Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred

  • Data-driven sales mindset

  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Transparency while communicating with the customers and the team members

  • Self-driven with an over-achiever spirit

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented - someone who takes ownership and delivers results
