About the role
Allive is looking for a proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented Wholesale Sales Manager to grow our B2B business across North America, with a strong focus on organic hemp food ingredients and selected trading opportunities in conventional products. This role will focus on developing new customer relationships while also maintaining and growing selected existing accounts.
You will manage the sales process end-to-end - from prospecting and first outreach to order planning, coordination, and follow-through. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone who enjoys building business, working independently, and operating close to both customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities

Identify and develop new B2B customers across the U.S. and Canada

Re-engage past customers and expand selected existing accounts

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to order coordination and payment follow-up

Build relationships with food manufacturers, processors, private label producers, and other wholesale buyers

Maintain a healthy pipeline and proactively drive new business opportunities

Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and category developments

Coordinate closely with internal teams on operations, supply, quality, and logistics

Support demand planning and help forecast stock needs for the North American market

Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries and a high level of service

Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and industry events when needed

What we are looking for

Experience in B2B sales, ideally in food, ingredients, commodities, or a related sector

Proven ability to win new business, not only manage inbound or existing accounts

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable working independently in a role with broad ownership

Experience using CRM systems and Excel

Good understanding of international trade, supply chain, or logistics coordination

Professional fluency in English
