A well-established manufacturing company with more than 25 years of experience in high-quality wood flooring and bespoke interior solutions is expanding its sales operations. In addition to premium parquet and wooden flooring, the company also produces modular bathrooms, house modules, and custom-made interior elements. As demand for tailored, high-end products continues to grow, the team is looking for an Active Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in the Lithuanian market and build long-term partnerships with architects, designers, developers, and private clients.
What will you do?
- Sell a premium-quality product – wooden flooring and parquet – produced by a long-standing manufacturer with a strong market reputation.
- Analyze the market and identify opportunities to expand the company’s sales footprint in Lithuania.
- Work with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, end-users, and other key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from the first contact to closing the deal and ensuring a smooth post-sale process.
- Actively search for new contacts and opportunities to build long-term, high-quality business relationships with clients.
Your experience would be a strong match if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Understand the full sales process and the importance of each of its stages.
- Enjoy communicating with new people and are naturally able to build meaningful, long-term professional relationships.
- Have previously looked for and found creative ways to reach and engage “hard-to-reach” contacts.
- Are curious to discover how far sales bonuses can go — as the team hasn’t found the limits yet.
- Have excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
- Feel comfortable working with MS Office.
- Appreciate teamwork and bring a constructive, collaborative mindset to the team.
