Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Sales Manager for the Latvian market. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and expanding the client base in the Latvian market
  • Developing and executing sales strategies
  • Conducting market research
  • Building relationships with potential clients
  • Closing sales deals
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the platform's offerings and provide feedback from the market

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Ability to work with active sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the sustainability or wellness industry
  • Knowledge of the Latvian market and business landscape
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Confidence in making cold B2B calls and handling rejections
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel for business trips to Lithuania
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
