We are now expanding our presence in the Baltic region and are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new project-based engagements.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing Noltic’s Salesforce implementation business in the Baltics, with potential expansion into other Northern European markets.

This is a full-cycle sales role focused on project-based consulting services rather than staff augmentation. You will identify opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, and close implementation projects in collaboration with our technical and pre-sales teams.

This role offers long-term growth potential for someone who wants to take ownership of a region and contribute to building a strong sales function.

Key Responsibilities

 • Drive new business development across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia
 • Identify and approach target companies within defined industries and company sizes
 • Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold outreach and calling
 • Lead discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
 • Identify Salesforce implementation opportunities and define project scope together with pre-sales and technical teams
 • Prepare and present tailored value propositions
 • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
 • Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM
 • Collaborate with internal outreach teams to refine messaging for local markets
 • Represent Noltic at industry events, conferences, and Salesforce-related roadshows
 • Run or co-host webinars and events in Lithuanian and/or English
 • Travel within the Baltics when required

Requirements

 • Proven experience in B2B sales within IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software development
 • Experience selling project-based solutions (consulting, implementation, system integration)
 • Strong consultative sales skills
 • Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders
 • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and proactive pipeline building
 • Fluent Lithuanian and English communication skills
 • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
 • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
 • Willingness to travel within the region

Nice to Have

 • Experience selling Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
 • Existing network within the Baltic IT or business ecosystem
 • Experience working with mid-sized or enterprise organizations
 • Experience collaborating with vendor sales teams
